1. WLuX must be installed in a place where water "enters" the house or apartment, before all junctions, but after filters or pressure vessels, if there are any. The device may be installed on copper, stainless steel, polyethylene or galvanized pipes.
2. Choose the place on the pipe where the wire will be coiled.
3. The pipe section must be straight and at least 0.5 m long.
4. The spatial orientation of the pipe does not matter.
5. Make at least 30 windings around the pipe. Make 15 windings first (1), then fasten them with clamps (2), stretch the wire approx. 15-20 cm parallel to the pipe, then make 15 more windings. Fasten them with clamps. Both windings must be made in the same direction.
6. Stretch the ends of the coil to the point where they are intended to attach the WLuX. Extra coil ends are cut and then clear off the insulation from the coil ends (3).
7. Using a screwdriver, attach the coil ends to the WLux device (4).
8. Mount the WLuX device on the wall by using adhesive tape or bolts.
9. Connect the power unit to the device, and then connect it to the outlet (5, 6).
The device performs a test and enters work mode after 20 seconds.
In normal work mode, the impulse (7-1) and power indicator (7-4) LEDs is always lit and the output power LED is steadily blinking. (7-2)
